LEAD BH CARE MANAGER

Interfaith Community Health Center is currently searching for a Community Mental Health Coordinator / Lead BH Care Manager to provide comprehensive Behavioral Health case management services in a community health center setting, provide leadership to other BH Case Managers, and oversee the coordination of the Regional Support Network (RSN) contracted services.  This position also represents the RSN system and line of business to the BH staff and broader clinic staff.
