Executive Director position for private, non-profit mental health agency available due to retirement. Jefferson Mental Health Services has 35 employees, a $2 million budget serving primarily Medicaid and under-insured residents of Western Jefferson County. Located in the beautiful Victorian seaport of Port Townsend. Education: graduate degree in public administration, public health, psychology, social work or a related field required. Experience: Five years senior management experience in community mental health, human services, managed care or other healthcare organizations required. Preferred: Management experience in non-profit organization, work with unions, and experience with substance abuse/chemical dependency counseling programs. Background check required. No phone calls.
